Event Venue Rental

Catering to events of all sizes, 2DGlife offers a Spacious Event Space - 60 Chairs - 10 Tables - Food Serving Area - Bluetooth Speakers - 4 Televisions - Private Bathroom and Parking

Full Day Rental Rate (12 Hours): $350

*example; 8am-8pm, 9am-9pm, 10am-10pm, 11am-11pm

Hourly Rental rate (Per Hour): $50

*example; Event Time 12pm-3pm , this would be a 3 hour event and would cost $150 with an additional $100 refundable deposit.

Hours:  8am-11pm

*Set Up and Clean Up time included in Rental Hours for Full Day/Hourly Rental

Policy covering: Venue Rental Space

Venue Deposits are REFUNDABLE

Deposit will be returned  72 hours after the event, noting there are no damages and all Agreement conditions are met.

Refundable Deposit Fee

There is a $100 deposit that is due at the time of booking our Venue weather Full day or Hourly.

Full Payment

If Full Day / Hourly Payment is not received 10 days prior to the event date, the deposit will be forfeited and Lease Agreement terminated under default by the Renter

Cancellation

If there is a cancellation you will be eligible for a refund based on our Venue Cancellation Terms. Deposits are refunded 14 days after cancellation request, if approved.

Venue Cancellation Terms

Cancellation within 45 days of event date are non-refundable. Deposits are refundable if event is cancelled within 48 hours of booking date. 

If event date is LESS THAN 45 days from booking date, deposits will be non-refundable for cancellation unless request within 48 hours of booking.

Event Date = Date venue will be used / Booking Date = Date deposit is paid
